Performance Food Service’s Outer Banks Chowder Cookoff
A dozen local restaurants compete for best seafood chowder title to win $1750 in cash awards. Attendees can taste all and vote for People’s Choice favorite. Tickets also include two beverage tickets (beer, wine or soda/water). No tickets will be sold at the door this year, and sales are limited to 300 tickets only. Get tickets early, as this event is known to sell out quickly. Children age 10 and under are admitted free with a paidadult. Drink tickets are not included but they can eat chowder as they want.

There is an amazing array of events offered at the festival like wine tastings, cooking classes, multi-course menu presentations, brewery tours, tapas crawls, cook-offs, culinary showdowns and dine-around experiences.
